How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA Purposes

As an International Attendee, it may be necessary for you to have an official invitation in order to process your VISA. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter.
Request an Invitation now. You will be contacted by one of our representatives, who will send you the appropriate forms to complete your invitation processing.
Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days from the time you submit the correct forms. Original letters of invitation are sent out by courier service. If you have any other questions regarding this process, please direct them to invitation@reedexpo.com. If you are unable to email such requests or do not have email capabilities, you may fax your request to (203) 840-9317.
